Privacy policy
Color Orders is provided by Stromatic Labs. This policy explains what stays on your device and what may be processed when you use advertising, consent or support services.

Game progress stays on your device
The game saves your progress, stars, scores, cosmetic unlocks, unfinished attempts, reward state and sound settings in local app storage. These game records are not uploaded to a Stromatic Labs game server.
Color Orders does not require an account and does not provide its own cloud save or public leaderboard. Device backup and restore may be handled by Apple according to your device settings. Removing the app or clearing its data can remove your progress.
The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location. The original Chroma Blocks 1.0 release has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchase-enabled Color Orders versions are described below.
Advertising and consent services
The iPhone app uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner ads and optional rewarded ads. It uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable advertising consent and privacy choices. These services may process information even though Color Orders does not have a game account.
Depending on the service, your settings, permissions and applicable consent choices, Google may process:
- Network information, including your IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Device and app information, such as device or app identifiers, operating system, app version and advertising-related identifiers where available.
- Advertising activity, such as ad requests, impressions, interactions and reward events.
- Diagnostics and performance information, such as crashes, launch time, hangs and other technical signals.
- Consent and privacy-choice information needed to determine whether and how advertising may be requested.
Google uses information for purposes including advertising delivery and measurement, analytics, service operation, and detecting fraud or abuse. The app configures Google ads for general-rated content, disables publisher ad personalization and disables Google’s publisher first-party ID. It does not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier through an App Tracking Transparency prompt. That does not mean Google processes no identifiers or other information.
Google’s processing is described in its Privacy Policy and its explanation of how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services. Google also provides information about the iOS Mobile Ads SDK’s data disclosures.
Rewarded ads are optional. You choose whether to request one. A reward is granted only after the advertising service confirms completion. Ads require an internet connection and may not always be available. Free retries and the first Undo do not depend on watching an ad.
Your privacy choices
When a consent message is required, the app presents Google’s consent form before requesting ads. Where Google requires an ongoing privacy-options entry, you can open Ad privacy options from the game’s sound/settings menu or level plan to review the available choices.
You can also review privacy controls in your iPhone settings. Choices available through Google or your device depend on your region and configuration. Core gameplay remains available when an ad cannot be shown.
To remove local game records, you can remove the app and its data through your device settings. This is different from changing Google’s advertising preferences and can permanently remove your saved progress. If you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to attach. We use this information to answer your request, investigate a problem and maintain an appropriate support record. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Support correspondence is handled through our email service and is kept as needed to resolve the request, maintain support records or meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to delete it, subject to any information we need to retain for those purposes.
This support website
This website has no sign-in, advertising or analytics scripts. Its hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the pages. Links to Google or other external services take you to sites governed by their own policies.
Versions that offer purchases
The original Chroma Blocks 1.0 release has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Where Color Orders versions offer Plus, Apple handles payment and RevenueCat manages purchase access. The App Store purchase screen shows the price and billing terms before confirmation.
Versions that use RevenueCat to manage purchases may send an app-user identifier, purchase and subscription status, product identifiers, transaction information and related technical information to RevenueCat. Apple processes the payment; Stromatic Labs does not receive your full payment-card information. Purchase-access information is used to provide or restore paid features; game progress remains on your device. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be explained here or in the app as appropriate.
